I'm passionate about helping my Clients succeed and exceed their expectations for themselves.
This means doing a bit of intense work to understand who you are and what strengths you bring and then using that to succeed purposefully.
How might this work? Together, we will develop a plan that authentically leverages all the dimensions of your work life. We’ll look at the 360 of you: external and internal relationships and partnerships, goals and aspirations, success metrics, and opportunities. With that in hand, we’ll work the plan, adjust as needed, and, most importantly, hold ourselves accountable for the end result.
And we’ll make sure to explore the whole of you. You aren’t just a single dimension, and you know that great leaders bring their whole persona to the job. Your personal life deserves just as much attention in the coaching process. Together, we’ll incorporate that into the definition of success for you.
Before becoming a certified coach, I was an executive leader and advisor with organizations like KPMG, PwC, Ford, HP, and Johnson & Johnson. For more details on the experiences I bring to my Clients, please see my LinkedIn.
And when I’m not coaching, I am either beautifying a 100-year-old bungalow that I share with my family (including my beautiful wife, my loving labradoodle, and an energetic Eclectus parrot) or riding my motorcycle and fly fishing in the incredibly gorgeous Pacific Northwest.
