Leadership team coaching has all the benefits of individual coaching with the added benefit of strategic goal alignment.
Individual sessions are bi-weekly, 60-minute interactions held via phone or video teleconference as described for Individuals.
In addition, we incorporate the organization's goals through a focused strategy session across the team:
Professionally facilitated by a Griffin Dunn strategy consultant
Development of strategy, goals and objectives for the organization or for a strategic area of focus (e.g., supply chain, new service offerings, new market entry)
Creation of the strategy including cross functional and individual objectives to meet and exceed the strategic goals
Refinement of the goals to individual objectives for each leader
Incorporation of the strategic goals into the individual coaching plans to help ensure achievement of the overall strategy
